The last dollar has been counted, and the results are in! Because we worked together, Our Pennies for Patients campaign was a big success. We raised $2,833 toward helping the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society meet its goal of eliminating blood cancers forever. Thank you so much for helping and encouraging your child to participate in Pennies for Patients. There’s only one more thing we’d like to ask you to do:

* Tell your child how proud you are of him or her for making a difference for the thousands of children and adults battling blood cancers! The money your child collected during Pennies for Patients helps the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society provide a wide array of resources to help those affected by blood cancers. If you know someone who has been recently diagnosed or is dealing with treatment or diagnosis challenges, LLS funds the Patti Robinson Kaufmann First Connection Program, which connects patients and their loved ones with someone who has been through a similar diagnosis. Now for the winner of the Penny Wars… with an amazing donation of $1,462…. Team Bankston!!! You are the winners of the Penny Wars and a pizza party! Congratulations!!!

Special shout outs to Taniya Hartley on Team Bankston who donated $640.00, Henry Mai also on Team Bankston who donated $620.00, and Maurice Hartley from Team Prestigiacomo who donated $158.00! Thank you for your GENEROUS DONATIONS!

Thanks again for your help with Pennies for Patients. We could not have done it without all of you at P.S. 91!
