Ms. Beccia and I would like to share an exciting project that our class worked on last Friday.  In Social Studies we have been learning about and discussing neighborhoods and important buildings. Our students each chose a building that they felt was important and worked both independently and in groups to construct them.

Students meticulously crafted a train, a school, a playground, a library, and more!

We were amazed  at how focused and engaged they were and they worked diligently to complete the neighborhood as a group. Ms. Beccia and I would love for you to come and see the completed neighborhood and discuss it with the students as they are so very proud of their work.

Regards,

 Ms. Bond and Ms. Beccia
